Support Packages

We offer a range of fixed price support packages to home computer users.

Packages cover all computer/laptop repair including labour + parts. They include virus/spyware checking and removal, as well as 2 internal services per year (remove dust, re-seat all internal components, re-paste the processor - check PSU and other components emitting correct voltage ). We also arrange regular software maintenance such as disk cleaning, defragmenting and msconfig clean up.

Work will normally be carried out on-site. Where returned-to-base work is required we can arrange to have your machine collected and dropped-off.

Support Pricing

Support contracts are £41 per month if paid monthly. Discounted prices are available for customers paying for longer contracts in advance. Pricing varies depending on the length of the support contract - the longer the contract, the more you save.

Payments are made via PayPal or standing orders and run for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months.
