Return-to-base Computer Repair Service

Whilst we perform a lot of repairs and setups on site, naturally we cannot turn your home into a temporary workshop, so there is a limit to what we can do before we decide it would be better to bring it back to our shop in Bristol. Here, you computer/laptop (or what ever your technical problem) will receive the best treatment and attention that we can offer.

Here at Home Computer Repairs, before your computer is handed back, it will undergo our multi point Health Check to establish the condition of your computer. This is a free courtesy service.

Shop Service Prices

The thing to remember with all our work is that it's No Fix, No Fee!

Hourly Rate Work

• £35 for the first hour
• £30 for each subsequent hour (rounded to the nearest 15min)

Fixed Price Package

• Hardware Service
• A Virus Scan & Removal
• A Spyware Scan & Removal
• Corrupt File Check & Fix
• SFC Scan & Repair
• Software Service
• Documents/Music/Folders Backups

If this fails to get your computer working properly, we do a complete reinstall. This includes wiping your computer clean, restore windows and restore your files and folders. All this done at no extra cost. If it is capped at £100 then all work is completed with-in that budget.

Book a Repair

If you want to book your computer in to be repaired at the shop, contact us as you would if you wanted a technician to visit and the member of staff will take down the required information, the computer will be booked in when it is delivered to the office.

You can either drop the item to be repaired in to our shop yourself, or we can arrange to collect and return it from your home. We can even receive and return smaller items (up to the size of a laptop) by post.
