If this again fails or it fails to complete it's warranty period then the technician will offer to repair the xbox again or offer you a full refund. But please remember that we have to test the xbox so that we can confirm that the fault has returned before issuing the refund,

If, in the beginning we attempt but fail to repair your 360 Xbox, then there will be no charge. Remember: No Fix No Fee.
