Remote Support

Remote support involves fixing basic computer problems over the internet using remote assistance programs. We can connect to your computer from the shop and fix a variation of software problems. We have often found, when a technician visits the home to carry out a repair, that had there been remote access to the pc, it could have been handled without the call-out.

Of course, for hardware issues, remote access is no replacement for actually having the computer in front of a technician, but it can be a quick fix for some software and configuration problems.

Remote support costs are just £30 for the first hour and then £5 for each subsequent 15mins. This service currently only supports Windows remote access.
