Call-out & On-site Services

Having repairs and services carried out at your home or business has many advantages like not having to bring your system to us, having a definate time of repair or being able to see repairs being completed to name but a few. And if you need a callout technician then you come to the right place.

Booking a call-out is easy. The simpliest way to achieve this is to call 0117 230 5620 and the technician will determine 2 things: 1, whats the issue(s) and 2, when do you actually require the service or repair.

Depending on your postcode we can tell you if you are able to receive a call out on that day.

Please note: callouts booked before 12 noon have the greatest chance of being arranged for that day. Failing that it will be booked for the next available slot.

There are no call-out charges. This is based on our No Fix - No Fee policy ( exluded PC based laptop hardware, apple macs & business customers )

If we are unable to determine a price over the phone then a technician will arrange a callout, determine what is required, then fix a price with you before any chargable work is carried out or attempted.

If MYTECH technician is unable to complete the repair on-site they may either arrange with you another appointment to return or get your permission to return your repair back to our base. In either case, there should not be any further charges applied unless this is because a further replacement part is required for example. But please note that this will be prearranged beforehand.
