If the tech is able to establish the fault and attempt the repair they will descuss and fix a price beforehand. This assement is FREE and if we are unsuccessful in repairing your Computer, there will be no charge - though there is a £20 diagnostics fee if we attempt but fail to repair your AppleMac or Laptop.

Remote Repairs/Services (RRS)

If you have a working Broadband connection and your computer or laptop boots into widows you maybe eligible for our remote repair service. Virus, spyware removal, Slow running or unstable windows, tune ups and software setups - and others - can be sorted remotely**

This can save you time if you work outside normal hours or need a repair when you want it done. It can also save you money as  our RRS fee is £19.99 per hour - £19.99 (paid upfront) for first hr then £9.99 for each half hr there after if required.
