HCR aim to complete at least 85% of all repairs and up-grades On-site. Repairs are only returned to base if other unexpected parts are required or it is agreed this will be the best way forward. Otherwise expect the technician to be in and out within the hour. And if the job is expected to take longer than the hour, this will have to be agreed between you and the technician before hand.

We try to carry out repairs at your home with minimal of disruption and hassle and to get you back up and running in the shortest possible time. As a result, our smart-cars carry up-to-date repair and service tools to complete our work.

Our Smart Cars have been especially adapted and equipped with every conceivable tool. This enables us to carry out a wider range of repairs on-site which is in-line with our 85% completion target.

We provide our call -out services to homes and offices in areas ranging from Bristol to Bath and Thornbury to Weston Supermare and all areas in-between. In order to find out whether you have a technician roaming, please phone 0800 505 3342 and once your post code is establisshed, you will be notified as to whether we can 'get a tech' to you with in that day. All our Technicians are fully experienced that hold at least MCSE/A, CCNA/P and at least A+ Qualifications. We don't take chances with your IT.

We no longer charge by the hour. We have revised our billing and fee system and have come to the conclusion that, charging per Call-Out is a more fairer method of pricing. This will enable clarity as to what your are expected to pay and what you will recieve in return. So, we have scrapped the £55 for the first 1hr + and instead use a 'fixed price per Call-Out' system.
